The clubs AGM is next Wednesday the 10th February at 7.30pm at West Rugby Club on Catcote Road.

Everyone is welcome to come along.

We will be talking about the last year, the coming year, the clubs finances, election of the committee (we are looking for new committee members) amongst other things.

It is your opportunity to find out what is happening and to "have your say" or contribute to the running of the club.

The Hartlepool Marina 5 race is to be held on Sunday 28th March, 2010. Start time is 10.30 am.

The Marina 5 is a fast and flat 5 mile course starting and finishing at Hartlepool's Maritime Experience.

Unfortunately, the Club Championship 10 mile race had to be cancelled yesterday due to the snow and ice that remained on many parts of the course. Worset Lane and the section from 4 to 6 miles were especially treacherous. Despite the conditions, 12 runners turned up willing to run. Most ended up doing training runs of 10 mile or more, running a loop to Seaton and back, keeping to the safer footpaths.

Hopefully the race can be rearranged
