Groups 1&2:- Leave High Tunstall, turn right to Elwick Road, down to Stranton Church, turn left along A689, carry on past Hartlepool's ground and down Lancaster Road, turn left up Powlett Road, carry on up Throston Grange Lane, go all the way up and turn left down to Aldi, then turn right back to High Tunstall. Group 3:- Leave High Tunstall, turn right to Park Road, down to A689 then back the same as groups 1&2.

Summerhill Relays:- Everyone meet at Summerhill, we will be having a relay race round Summerhill - teams to be picked on the night. It would be great if we can get everyone there. Each runner to do 1 lap of Summerhill, teams of 4.

Each session will be split into three manageable groups with coaches and leaders taking their respective groups.
These sessions are not set in tablets of stone, though it is suggested that all participate in them to some degree, even if the number or the length is reduced. Please attempt to assist each other by participating alongside other members with compatible ability or in similar groups of three’s and four’s. |

Choice of either:- 1. Lamppost session, something alng the lines of 2/1 3/2 4/2 repeats. 2. NYSD Track & Field meeting at Clairville Stadium Middlesbrough. Men and women can compete at Track - 100m, 400m and 3,000m. Field events - Hammer, Pole Vault, Long Jump and Shot. Details of tiimes will be given out at training.

All groups to do fast strides in Ward Jackson Park. Group 1:- to do 5/6 laps Groups 2&3:- to do 4 laps Strides to be done down each side and jog recovery along top and bottom.... Those doing London Marathon can do steady run of approx 6 miles.

Target Race - London Marathon.

|
Group 1 - 6 x 1k with 2min walk / jog recovery to be run at 5k race pace.
Groups 2&3 - As many 1k's as possible in 35min with same recovery.

All Groups - Meet at High Tunstall School, run from Tunstall to Summerhill.
Groups 1&2 - 3 laps of Summerhill, working hard on the hills.
