Membership Benefits

Membership of Hartlepool Burn Road Harriers & AC, the towns oldest running club, brings with it many benefits:

• North of England Athletics Association (NoEAA) membership allowing members to compete in races all over the UK.
• NoEAA membership card with unique membership number
• Affiliation to a club brings reduced prices at most races
• Members can purchase club clothing to be worn for races and to show we are part of a team
• Be part of a club with high morale, a club where everyone wants to see each other performing to the best of their abilities
• Burn Road is a founder member of the North Yorkshire and South Durham (NYSD) league, giving track competition in summer and cross-country competition all through winter
• Members can take part in club championship races such as the Cross-Country and Track & Field Championship. Prizes are awarded at the club presentation evening
• Senior members gain additional discount on club races such as Old Monks 6 and Marina 5
• Senior members can also take part in the Club 10 Mile Handicap race held in February every year
• All members have the right to attend and vote at the club Annual General Meeting
