Club 10 Mile Handicap Race - Sunday 6th February
Meet at Grayfields or the bottom of Wiltshire Way, 10.30am start for anybody expecting to take longer than 72 minutes, 10.45am for the faster pack. Trophies for the first three in the race and first three in the handicap, male and female. Volunteers to marshal the course needed.
AGM
This will be held at the SPA Sports Centre, Eldon Grove, on Thursday l7th February, 8pm. This is your opportunity to influence the way the club is going, and if you are not satisfied, to get it off your chest. We hope to appoint some junior members to the Committee.
Social Nights At High Tunstall Youth Centre
This new venture gets under way with a social night on Tuesday 8th February, 7.45 - 9.45pm, soft drinks and canapes provided, we will be pleased to welcome parents as well as all members and would be members. This is the chance to discuss and plan future events, hold an inquest on the Handicap 10 and hear how our squad fared at the Indoor Championships at Birmingham.

The London Marathon
Dennis Wake and Paul Ainslie were the two fortunate ones out of the six in the draw for the two club places, however Dave Edwards and Pauline Ranson have since `come by' places. Anybody wanting to join the club trip, member or friend, please contact Stuart Pailor. We are staying at the 4 star Shaw Park Plaza. Hotel, Euston Road. The price is £119 per person, which includes travel, two nights bed and continental breakfast, based on two sharing. There is a single room supplement of £25 per person per night.
